Username and Password issues

The main issue we find with people not being able to log in, is using the wrong letter case. Please remember all usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so UsErNaMe is not the same as username or USERNAME.

 Please try to remember which username and password you selected when you joined our sites and use it exactly the same way when trying to log in.
